Static routes are not working after Cluster Failover

HI all,
After implementing a Windows 2008 R2 cluster, I had a problem with my static routes, that after an fail over just didn’t work.
In windows 2003 I was used to “route add -p” and never add a similar problem so my first reaction was to remove static routes and add them again, but after another fail over the problem was there again.
To resume:
“With Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 the recommendation to manage static routes has changed.  Although route add should work the management of routes has technically been replaced with functionality in netsh.  Therefore, it is a recommendation that the netsh commands be utilized to implement and manage static routes.”
How to Add routes with netsh command

Just for curiosity you can find all static route in this Registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip \Parameters\PersistentRoutes
